1 roll puff pastry (circle)
3.5 ounces smoked salmon (100 g)
7 ounces cheese (soft 200 g)
10 mozzarella cherries
3.5 ounces cherry tomatoes (100 g)
q.s. rocket salad
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (or 2)

Tools

Steps

First, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

Roll out the puff pastry and trasfer it to a round baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prick the base with a fork.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 – 20 minutes, until it is well cooked and golden. Let it cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Wash cherry tomatoes, dab them with a kitchen towel. Cut them into halves and let them drain into a colander.

Now, wash rocket leaves and dry them gently and strain cherry mozzarellas.

Take the puff pastry and distribute the cream cheese into small pieces first, trying to spread it on the bottom. Sprinkle with the rocket leaves, then with the cherry tomatoes.

Put the mozzarellas and finally smoked salmon.

Finish with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cut into slices and serve.
