2 rolls mozzarella (sheet 400g)
10 slices bresaola
20 leaves rocket salad
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (flakes)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. lemon (juice)

Mozzarella Rolls with Bresaola Rocket and Parmesan recipe is very easy to prepare.

First, remove the mozzarella roll sheet from the package and dab with kitchen paper to soak up all excess moisture.

Wash the rocket leaves, dry them in a salad spinner and set aside.

On a cutting board (or a clean work surface), unroll the mozzarella sheet and cover it with the rocket leaves

Then, add the bresaola

Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice.

Finally, add the flakes of Grana Padano (or Parmesan).

Gently roll back up, then wrap the rolls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Once ready, cut them into slices of about 1” thick (2 cm); stick some tooth picks in each pinwheels and place them in a serving dish covered, as desired, with rocket leaves. Each roll makes 8 small pinwheels.
