Ingredients for Halloween mini spider pizzas

  • 1pizza dough (1/2 pound, 230 g – pre-made dough)
  • 1 cuptomato sauce (100 g)
  • 2.50 ouncesmozzarella (70 g)
  • 10black olives

Preparation

  1. Halloween mini spider pizzas are very easy to make.

  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a large baking tray (leave it on the paper from the pack).

  3. Then, using a 2 inch (5 cm) round cookie cutter, with wavy edges, cut rounds out of the pizza dough.

  4. Place a teaspoon of tomato sauce on the center of each pizza dough round.

  5. Top the pizzas with the sliced mozzarella.

  6. Now cut the olives in half place one piece on the mozzarella, in the center.

  7. Bake them in a preheated oven at 350°F (180 ° C), for about 10 – 15 minutes, until the crust is golden.

  8. Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and arrange the olives on top of them creating the spiders.

Tips & tricks

If you use bag pizza dough, set it out on a counter for 30 minutes. Stretch the dough. Begin stretching the dough by pinching the outside in a circular motion to spread it out. When it’s large enough, transfer it to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
