Coffee Cream

You only need three ingredients to prepare this delicious cold Coffee Cream (coffee, sugar and cream) and it takes only 2 minutes to prepare it! Ideal after meals when the weather warms up instead of the classic cup of espresso coffee. It’s also excellent for filling cakes and desserts. Serve it very cold for the perfect summer dessert.

So creamy and cool, it’s a luscious alternative to regular coffee for hot season.

4 tablespoons coffee (60 ml – espresso)
1 cup heavy cream (200 g)
3 tablespoons icing sugar (40 g)
cocoa powder


1 Bowl
1 Immersion Blender
or1 Electric hand mixer


Coffee Cream is really easy to make.

First, prepare the coffee and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Or prepare it with a coffee machine, in cold mode.

Then, in the immersion blender bowl, pour cold coffee, 3 tbsp of icing sugar and the whipping cream.

Whip for about 2 minutes until you get a thick and foamy cream. Portion into glasses or cups and serve. Fast and easy!

You can store it for a couple of days in the refrigerator, closed in an airtight container. I do not recommend storing it in the freezer.

Tips & Tricks

Dairy-free version: freeze 1 cup water for about 15 minutes; pour 1/3 cup instant coffee into a bowl and add 1 cup sugar and cold water. Mix with the electric whisk until you get a thick and foamy cream: it will take 5-10 minutes. Portion and serve.
