Tuna pasta

Tuna pasta is a very tasty typical Italian dish and is prepared in no time. Same as pasta alla puttanesca but with the addition of tuna it makes it tasty and delicious.

35 ounces penne rigate
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons capers
Half cup olive
2 cups tomato (whole peeled tomatoes)
10 ounces tuna in oil
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
6 anchovies in oil

Chop the parsley and set aside. Mash the peeled tomatoes with your hands or with a vegetable mill and set aside. In a pan, add the oil, the chilli flakes, the anchovies and the minced garlic. Heat and after a couple of minutes add the drained tuna. Leave to flavor for a few minutes and add the tomatoes. Season with salt. Cook for 10 minutes, add the olives and capers. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain the pasta directly in the sauce and mix. Add the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
