Zucchini and tuna rolls

Zucchini and tuna rolls can be a light appetizer but also a fresh and light second course, ideal for the summer. They are prepared in a short time, after grilling the zucchini, they are left to cool and spread with a tuna cream. In a few minutes the game is done.

Ingredients

2 courgette or zucchini squash
3.5 ounces tuna in oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
parsley
salt

Steps

Wash the courgettes and slice them thinly, about 3-4 mm
Preheat a grill or electric plate and grill them.
Place the courgettes on a plate, salt them and let them cool.
Blend the tuna with the mayonnaise.
Spread the tuna cream on each courgette slice
Roll up and place on a plate.
Proceed in the same way with the remaining courgettes.
Oil and decorate with chopped parsley.
