Chocolate cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes are super greedy cakes, soft and moist at the right point. For the frosting I chose a chocolate ganache prepared with cream and dark chocolate. These sweets are excellent to bring to the table on a thousand occasions, as a dessert at the end of a meal or for afternoon tea.

Ingredients

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tablespoon rum

For chocolate ganache

3/4 cup dark chocolate
3/4 cup whip cream

Tools

2 Bowls
1 Whip
1 Muffins Tin
1 Saucepan
1 Piping bag

Steps

Mix the oil with the milk, rum and egg. Collect the sifted powders. Pour the liquids into the powders and mix everything well until you get a mixture without lumps. Pour 1/3 into the molds. Bake at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Heat in a cream saucepan with the chocolate. Leave to cool for 3 hours at room temperature. put the chocolate ganache in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.

To decorate these cupcakes I chose a dark chocolate ganache, more delicious and creamy than the classic chocolate frosting.

Dark chocolate ganache can also be used to cover cakes, fill pies and as a filling for chocolates.
