Clean the sprouts and divide them in half. In a large bowl combine the Brussels sprouts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, zest, lemon juice and grated garlic. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the ham cut into strips and 1/2 glass of water. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
