Ingredients

1 pound brussels sprout
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
6 slices prosciutto, Parma
1 lemon (zest and juice)
thyme
1/2 glass water

Steps

Clean the sprouts and divide them in half. In a large bowl combine the Brussels sprouts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, zest, lemon juice and grated garlic. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the ham cut into strips and 1/2 glass of water. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and keep refrigerated, enjoy within 2 days.

To reheat: Transfer the brussel sprouts to a frying pan and over medium heat, heat for 5-10 minutes until hot.

If you like more roasted don’t add water.
