Spaghetti with crab meat . In Italy, spaghetti is prepared in many traditional recipes. The fresh flavors of this dish create a delicious meal that is easy to prepare and ideal for a dinner, just long enough to cook the pasta and the topping and voila it’s all served.
Spaghetti with crab meat is definitely a light and tasty first course.
It’s definitely a different way to eat these crab-flavored sticks, which are often added to salads.
Ingredients Spaghetti with crab meat
- 400 gspaghetti
- 200 gsurimi
- 2courgettes
- 10cherry tomatoes
- 100 mlolive oil
Preparation
Wash and cut the courgettes into strips.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the courgettes, the crab meat (surimi) and the washed and halved cherry tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and cover them, saving some of the cooking water.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté with a little cooking water.
Serve hot on plates with a drizzle of olive oil and a little chilli powder (optional).
