Rolls of plaice and salmon. We enjoyed these plaice and salmon rolls so much, we’ll have them again this weekend. I really like to cook plaice. It’s a delicious fish especially when combined with a little salmon. I came up with this recipe that I hope you will enjoy. My family really liked it!
This recipe is also very easy to make and cook!

Ingredients

  • 8 filletsplaice fillet (skinned and halved lengthwise)
  • 8 filletssalmon (fresh, cut into strips ( 100 g / 4 ounce )))
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 sprigparsley
  • 1/2 teaspoonbasil (powder)
  • pepper

Preparation Rolls of plaice and salmon

  1. Lay a flounder fillet, on a clean work surface.

    Cover with a strip of salmon.

    Roll up and close with a toothpick.

    Follow the same procedure for the remaining fillets.

  2. Wash, dry and chop the parsley and add it to the fish.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and lay the fish rolls on top.

    Add basil powder and freshly ground black pepper.

    Cook over moderate heat for ten minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. Once cooked, gently remove the rolled fish and arrange on a serving platter.

    Serve hot.

  4. Serve with a simple white rice.

    This dish is perfect for dinner. Quick simple and healthy.
