Rolled salmon with cheese. These little treats are pretty fun to make.
Mix a little cream cheese with some spices ( you can use the ones you like best ) .
Roll the cream inside tasty slices of smoked salmon and you’re done!

Ingredients Rolled salmon with cheese

1/2 pound cheese spread (220 g)
6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon (180 g)
1 teaspoon basil (powder)
1 teaspoon chive
1/8 teaspoon chili pepper

Steps Rolled salmon with cheese

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, combine the basil, chives, and chili, add salt only if you prefer.

Lay the salmon slices out on a work surface.
Spread about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture over the salmon, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the long sides.

Roll up rolls and close with toothpicks.
Place the rolls on a plate and sprinkle lightly with
sprinkle lightly with basil powder and finely ground pepper.

You can make the cream cheese the day before and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Rolls can be assembled, covered up to 4 hours in advance. Let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
