Steps Homemade apple mousse

Thoroughly wash the apples and core and peel them, also removing any imperfections. Cut them into pieces and place them in a large saucepan. Add the sugar with the lemon and cinnamon. Cook for about 40 minutes over a moderate flame, to prevent sticking, keep stirring. Once the apples are well cooked and creamy, puree them with an immersion blender until pureed.

In the meantime, wash some hermetically sealed glass containers and sterilise them by immersing them in water and boiling them for 5 minutes, remove them and put them to drain. You can also put them in the microwave for two minutes, being careful when removing them not to scald yourself.

As soon as the Apple Mousse is ready transfer it to the jars while still hot, screw them on and place them upside down, allow to cool.
