Pork loin in the oven

Pork loin in the oven. Baked pork loin is the fabulous recipe! It’s easy to prepare, easy to cook, tastes delicious and your house will smell amazing !
It takes a really good recipe to cook a pork loin that isn’t dry, tasteless and tough.
In the cold winter months, it pairs beautifully with creamy mashed sweet potatoes.
For this recipe, we recommend that you purchase a pork loin, not ribs, not tenderloin. You’ll recognize a pork loin from other cuts of meat because it’s wide enough to cut large slices and has a layer of fat on top.
This layer of fat is actually integral to the cooking process because it helps keep the juices inside the meat. This is what makes it so moist!
