Ingredients Homemade pancakes

2 cups flour (210 g)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder (8 g)
2 ounces unsalted butter (melted 55 g)
1/4 cup caster sugar (50 g)
11/2 cup milk (350 ml)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps Homemade pancakes

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.

Add the sugar and mix well.

Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and mix until smooth.

Heat a nonstick griddle over medium-high heat and brush it with oil.

Use a ladle full of batter and pour it onto the hot griddle.

Cook the pancake over medium-low heat until bubbles begin to form on the top surface and the pancake begins to brown from the sides.

Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown.

Make the remaining pancakes by finishing all the batter.

Serve freshly made with honey, maple syrup, or topping to taste.
