1 tablespoon olive oil
2 ounces yellow popcorn kernels (60 g)
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
2.5 ounces unsalted butter (70 g)

Pour the olive or coconut oil into the pot with the lid.
Add the individual popcorn kernels to the oil. Make sure the kernels are placed in different places.
Heat on the stove over medium-high or high heat, with a lid on.
Wait until all kernels have opened by shaking the pan.
When all the grains have popped, transfer them to a bowl.

Pour the brown sugar, honey and chopped butter into a saucepan.

Heat over medium heat while stirring.

Pour immediately over popcorn and stir.

Let cool and serve.
