Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
Line a 9-inch baking sheet with baking paper, leaving paper hanging over opposite sides.
Beat brown sugar with eggs and blended or grated orange zest with an electric mixer in a medium bowl until thick and fluffy.
Combine the chocolate mixture and melted butter.
Sift the flour and cocoa together and stir into the chocolate mixture. Spread into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan before taking it out.
Cut into squares and serve!
