Crispy fried chicken breast. We in the family eat a lot of chicken. The recipes for cooking chicken are many, grilled, fried, baked. We love it! But fried chicken is good and crispy and the whole family loves it! That’s why I use this recipe for fried chicken with spice salt.

Ingredients Crispy fried chicken breast

  • 3chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoonsalt (with spices ( salt, dill, marjoram, basil, rosemary ))
  • 1 cupflour (125 g)
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupsbreadcrumbs (250 g)
  • 4 cupsfrying oil (1 litro)

Preparation Crispy fried chicken breast

  1. To make herb salt: combine salt with finely chopped herbs, such as dill, marjoram, basil, rosemary.

  2. In a dish place the flour combined with the spiced salt.

  3. In another dish beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, while in another put the breadcrumbs.

  4. Flatten the meat and pass it in the flour with the spiced salt, in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350° F

  6. Add breast fillets one at a time and cook 3 minutes per side.

  7. Crispy fried chicken breast

    Remove the meat from the oil and pass it on paper towels.

  8. Crispy chicken is tasty and delicious, perfect for kids’ lunches.

    Serve at the table with white rice or ketchup or mayonnaise, also great with our mashed sweet potatoes.
