Chocolate and orange popcorn. A recipe using classic popcorn with the addition of chocolate and orange zest! A quick and easy snack perfect for eating while watching a movie or having a party!

Steps Chocolate and orange popcorn
In a large saucepan with nonstick lid, heat oil over medium heat. Add the crackling corn.
Cover the pan and cook, shaking the pan often until the corn has popped.
Finely grate the orange zest, and add it to the popcorn.
Squeeze 1/2 of the orange and add it to the chocolate, melt in a double boiler while stirring.
Check popcorn and discard any that have not popped.
Pour the juice from the half orange over the popcorn and mix well, also mix in the peanut butter.
Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Distribute the popcorn mixture. Allow chocolate to cool and dry, about 30 minutes.
Break into smaller pieces. Serve.
