Ingredients Chicken breast cooked in air fryer

3 chicken breasts (30 oz)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons basil (powder)
6 slices bacon

Tools

Air fryers
Paint Brushes
Bowls
Thermometers

Steps Chicken breast cooked in air fryer

Brush chicken breast with olive oil.

In a bowl mix basil and salt sprinkle over meat. Wrap each slice of chicken breast with two slices of bacon.

Place the breast in the basket of the air fryer. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes Then flip the chicken breast and bake for another 10 minutes. Larger chicken breasts will take longer to cook and smaller ones will take less time.

Open the air fryer so that it does not continue to cook.

Measure the temperature at the thickest part with a thermometer; the temperature should be about 158°-160° F. If it is lower, close the lid of the air fryer to let the chicken cook for a few minutes. Then check again. ( Try a new cooking method, it often takes a few tries to get them out the way you prefer ).

Serve immediately!
