Sheet pan sausages with onions is a delicious and flavorful second course.
Very simple to make, besides being very tasty. This dish is prepared in a single pan and with very few ingredients.
In fact, it will be enough to brown the sausages, then stew the onions and combine the two ingredients. The dish is ready.
You can choose either pork sausages or chicken or turkey sausages, they will all be great.

How to prepare Sheet pan sausages with onions
Brown the sausages
Prick the sausages.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the sausages and brown them on all sides.
Transfer the sausages to a plate and set aside.
Stew the onion
When the water has evaporated, add the sausages to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the sage and cook for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate over a high flame.
Serve the sausages with onion hot immediately.
If desired, serve with boiled white rice or a side salad.
