How to prepare Rustics of puff pastry with wurstel
Unroll the puff pastry and brush it with beaten egg.
Divide the pastry into 3 strips, cutting them lengthwise.
On each strip, arrange the cheese cut into strips.
Place a row of frankfurters on top, one next to the other.
Roll up the pastry and cut into 1-2 cm wide pieces.

How to cook the Rustics
Place the rolls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 200°C, in a static oven, for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffy.
