Mandarin and ginger herbal tea

Mandarin and ginger herbal tea is a warm evening or afternoon pampering and also helps digestion thanks to the properties of ginger.

2 cups water
1 q.s. ginger (1 piece)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 cup Mandarin juice

In a saucepan pour the cinnamon and add a little water, dissolve well.
Add the remaining water, a piece of ginger and tangerine juice (If you use dried slices of mandarin, add them to the water before boiling).

Boil for about 10 minutes.
Then strain and pour into a cup, add a teaspoon of honey and now you can sip your herbal tea right away!
