Ingredients White chocolate Spreadable cream without hazelnuts

7 oz white chocolate (200 g)
1 cup condensed milk (200 g)
1/4 cup cream (for sweet 60 g)
1 sachet vanillin

Once you have cut in pieces the white chocolate melt it the white chocolate and add the cream and the Condensed milk and then mix all.
Melt very well the chocolate with slow fire, the add the Vanillin and let it cool it.
When the cream will be denser work it with an immersion Mixer in order to eliminate lumps. Pour the cream jars and with the plug on head down and let it all cool.
Those jars will be good for few days in the fridge.
