White chocolate bars with blackberry and raspberrie candies

A great sin of gluttony for those who love chocolate, WHITE CHOCOLATE BARS WITH BLACKBERRY AND RASPBERRIE CANDIES.
This recipe it brings back to me all the old memories of my childhood when I used to have fun just making those chocolate bars and in all ways, with dried fruit, orange or any other fruit but today I tried with something super tasty, blackberry and blueberry candies. The advice that I want to give you is to have a lot of patience when you warm the chocolate. Otherwise, if you will warm the chocolate for too long your chocolate will be covered by a gray patina. The ideal dessert to serve to your guest or that you can taste when you’re alone, maybe in a cold day of winter when your only wish is to warm up by eating a lot of chocolate. Steps

First of all, in a rectangular container, put some transparent film. As I wrote in the introduction, melt in the chocolate in a bath over low heat. Pour the warm chocolate in a pyrex dish and level well up to the edges.(1) Break the candies into pieces and add it with the chocolate.(2) Add this point add also the colored sprinkles and allow to solidify at room temperature. (3)

Of course, when it will be summer season, you can put your chocolate bars in the fridge in order to solidify it
