Put in a cup the flour, the egg, pieces of fresh butter, grated rind of one lemon, yolk and baking powder (1). Mix all of the ingredients until you will have a smooth dough (2) that will rest in the fridge for 30 minutes covered with a film (3).

At this point take a piece of your dough and fill it with a spoon of raspberries marmelade and with a fresh raspberries (4). Add on some crumbled shortcrust pastry (5) and the filé almonds (6).

Place your biscuits on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook it in a static preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350° F.
