Super fast donut with chocolate and pears

Today I want to introduce to you a very amazing sweet, the super fast donut with chocolate and pears.
In exactly 40 minutes you will have a very good sweet because the cream that you put on the inside and on the outside are really fast to make while the donut is being cooked in the oven.
It is know that chocolate and pears are perfect togheter. Here below the recipe

Ingredients Super fast donut with chocolate and pears

1 cup flour (150 g.)
6 tablespoons potato starch (50 g)
5 tablespoons cocoa powder (40 g.)
12 tablespoons sugar (150 g. )
13 eggs (big)
6 oz juice (pear juice)
2 oz butter
1 sachet baking powder for sweets

For the pear creme

19 oz juice (pear juice)
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons potato starch
2 oz buttermilk (50 g)

For the chocolate cream

1 cup mascarpone
1 jar hazelnuts cream (200 g)

Steps

Proceeds with the cooking of our super fast donut with chocolate and pears
Set up the eggs and the sugar in a planetary or in a cup working it with electric whip. Work it until you compound will be doubled.
In another cup mix the sifted powders that are the flour, potato starch, cocoa and baking powder.
In a planetary or in a cup merge flush the margarine that was previously melted in a microonde. Merge flush also the pear juice.
At this point, while you’re using the planetary or the electric whips pour a little bit at a time the flours.
Grease and flour the donut mold and pour the compound and cook it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
In the mean time prepare the pear juice cream by pouring it in a small saucepan, melt in it the potato starch, the sugar an put it on the fire. Mix it until you will have a smooth cream, then turn off the fire and add the butter mixing until it will be a cream.
At this pont, in another cup, pour the nocciolata cream or nutella with mascarpone and put it in a sac a poche and then put it in the fridge.
Once the donut is ready let it cool and turn it upside down on a plate. Cut it in half, wet it with pear juice and fill it with the pear juice cream. Close it with the other half, take the sac a poche from the fridge and decorate with chocolate cream sprigs and now you can serve your super fast donut with chocolate and pears
