Snow balls with mint and white chocolate

Snow balls with mint and white chocolate

Friends, this recipe is so good, the snowballs with mint and white chocolate.
Honestly, mi first intempt was to make some coconut biscuits cheese covered with milk chocolate but while I was making it I noticed that I didn’t have the milk chocolate that is essential to cover the biscuits.. So, I started searching something in my house and I found white chocolate and mint, syrup.. So I asked to myself, why don’t replace the milk chocolate with those ingredients? What it came for was such a good sweet that it has nothing to regret the original idea of biscuit with milk chocolate, so tasty. My advice is try it, they are so fast and easy to make and your guest will enhoyt it too for sure.
Below the recipe.

250 g mascarpone
140 g coconut flour
50 sugar beads
1 shot mint (syrup)
400 g white chocolate

1 Pan

In a cup with electric whip mix mascarpone with sugar and mint syrup(1) and then add the coconut flour(2) and work (3)it all until you will have little cylinders.(4) If your dough is too creamy add other coconut flour until you will able to do some form with it.(5)

Let the cylinders harden in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. At this point, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.(6) Let it cool slightly.(7) Now put the cylinders on the wire rack with the cup underneath(8), so that the falling white chocolate can be reused(9)

After an hour you can serve your snowballs with mint and white chocolate.
