8.82 ounces mascarponeBuy

2.47 ounces coconut flourBuy

water (hot if you prefer milk too)
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps

First make a cocoa sponge cake. Find the recipe among the ingredients.

Prepare the delicious filling. Pour the mascarpone into a bowl

The fresh unsweetened cream.

The icing sugar

Whip well with an electric whisk

Add the coconut flour

Mix well until you get the right consistency.

Prepare the syrup. by combining the sugar with the hot water. If you prefer you can replace the water with milk or choose a liqueur of your choice diluted with water.

Cut the sponge cake in half and wet the first layer.

Fill with half the cream

and distribute well.

Wet the second layer and place it on the cake.

Using a spatula, fill the sides with the remaining cream.

Cover with more coconut flour.
