Who doesn’t love the simplicity and unmistakable taste of spaghetti with lemon and tuna? A fresh, light dish that’s perfect for any occasion. A simple, quick and tasty first course, perfect for those who love fresh, Mediterranean flavors. The sweet and sour combination of lemon and the strong flavor of tuna creates a perfect balance. Perfect even for the hottest days, thanks to the freshness of the lemon and the lightness of the tuna. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley and a grating of lemon zest. This recipe takes me back to my childhood, in fact my grandmother often prepared it in the summer and we grandchildren greatly appreciated everything she prepared.
Long live grandmothers all over the world!!!
