Today a Recipe ricotta and spinach flan

Flan of spinach cake and stringy ricotta is a delicious side dish with spinach in which you will add also ricotta and parmigiano cheese and eggs.

There are other recipes that add also bechamel, flour, butter and milk. The results is great but obviously is not a recipe that you can do everyday. It can also be a first course made it in little mold. I had this cake mold so i chose to show this to my guests. But i can assure to you that in any case will be a success.

Ingredients

1 lb spinach (frozen)
5 ounces ricotta cheese
4 ounces parmesan cheese
4 eggs
q.s. salt
1 pinch nutmeg
200 scamorza cheese
1 knob butter ( )

Steps

First thing to do is to cook the spinach, naturally they don’t have to be fresh you can also buy them frozen (1) in a cup bang the eggs with salt and nutmeg (2) drain the spinach (3) and add the eggs (4).

Mix all and add ricotta and parmigiano (5) at this point with an immersion robot make a cream with the compound (6) Butter the mold and pour the compund (7) add scamorza pieces (8)

pour other compound (9) again with scamorza (10) and end with the last part of the compound (11).

Cook in a preheated oven at 356 degrees for 25 minutes, let it rest before serve it.
