Fried pizza recipe with only 3 g. of yeast

Today a very special recipe, something fried but at the same time very healthy, fried pizza with only three g of yeast.
I have to say that this dough really satisfied me. The important thing is that the dough has to be prepared the day before it will be fried, because the leavening is slow.
When I tried to do this dough I could not believe what I was seeing, you will see in the photos step by step. The next day I found the dough filled with a lot of bubbles.
See my dough leavening so much and see how beautiful it looked when I fried it in the hot oil was very satisfying. I seasoned my fried pizzas with pizzaiola tomato sauce but if you prefer you can also put simply tomato sauce or tomato sauce with mozzarella melted in the oven. Ingredients

4 cups flour (00 500 g)
1.2 cups water (300 ml)
1 teaspoon fresh brewer’s yeast ( 3 g)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 l peanut oil
1 tablespoon capers
q.s. salt
q.s. oregano
1 clove garlic

Steps


Let’s make our fried pizza recipe with only three g of yeast.
In a cup melt 3 g of yeast with mild water and sugar (1) add the flour (2) add the oil and continue to work it all (3) work your dough by adding salt (4) at this point put your dough on a work plane (5)

and work it until it will be soft and smooth and then you can let it cool for 30 minutes (6).Now you can start to make folds in the dough. Roll the dough and create a rectangle with it (7)Take the outside part in the inside a close it (8) now take the lateral part and take it to the other side (9)Work the dough by rolling it (10)

Let it cool your dough again for 30 minutes and repeat the fold for time.
Once you have finished with the folds put your dough in the fridge for all the night covered with film (11)
The next day, when you will be taking your dough off the fridge, you will have a bigger dough with a lot of bubbles (12).Now we have to make balls from our dough (13).Mash a little the ball until it will be thinner (14).Fry in hot oil our pizzas (15)

Fill them with a sauce that was realized with a Clive of garlic, evo oil, tomato sauce, capers and origan and serve our fry pizzas recipe with only 3 g of yeast.
