Friends today I want to met you a dough that really satisfied me.. EASY FOCACCIA / SUPER SOFT SPOON DOUGH.I wanted to do a focaccia with a super soft dough without dirty a lot of tools and, above all, my hands. Surfing on the web I found this focaccia with spoon dough that immediately caught my attention. A lot of person tried to recreate this recipe but I wanted to do some different and I remembered an advice that I dear friend of mine once gave to me to realize the softest dough for sweets or salted snacks : milk powder.
The result is magnificent and the thing that really had me was that the dough was perfect even the next day…
Super good even if you decide to put the dough in the freezer and to defrost it when you need it at room temperature at 180 degrees for few minutes.

In a big cup pour the flours (1) add the milk powder and sugar (2) and mix all with a spoon (3) add fresh brewer’s yeast that you had previously melt in water (4) work all adding the oil (5) finish by adding melt salt in the water that you have (6) the dough will be super soft, that it means that if you take some dough with a spoon this it will fall down (7) at this point cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rest in a oven off with the light on for three hours.
Line the pan with parchment paper and pour the dough on it.
Level up with a spoon and pour it the emulsion that you had previously made it by adding oil, water and origan.
Cook it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C ) for 25 minutes.
Your super soft and easy focaccia with spoon dough is ready to be enjoyed warm and soft.
