Ingredients

28.2 ounces chicken
1 orange juice
1 lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 sprig rosemary
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. butter
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt

Steps

In a bowl, pour the juice obtained from 1 orange and 1 lemon together with the peels, being careful to leave out the white part of the peel (1), add the extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a little pepper (optional )(2). Now pour the chicken, rosemary, garlic and juice with all the skins into a baking dish. Massage the chicken, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour (3). Remove the film and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 50 minutes (4).
