Easy baked pasta (no meat) with mozzarella and tomato sauce…
Do you have in mind when your children are about to return from school and you did not have time to prepare lunch? Well, if it happens to you often, this solution will surely save you from embarrassment and will make everyone happy, not only your kids, but also the grumpy husbands.
It is a very simple first dish, which you will prepare in a very short time, greedy and rich in stringy mozzarella, a success assured thanks to the crust that will form on the surface.

Easy baked pasta: step by step
Peel and wash an onion, chop and brown in olive oil.
Add the tomato puree, salt and let it go on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta “al dente”.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes, you can use one for pizza of excellent quality (the economic one is not good) or a classic one but you will have to crumble and leave it to drain for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Season the pasta with the tomato sauce you have prepared, add 2/3 of the mozzarella and stir.
Pour half of the dough on a baking dish, add a few cubes of mozzarella, cover with the remaining pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add a few more cubes of mozzarella.
Put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or for the time necessary to obtain a uniform browning.
Bake, let cool and bring to the table still streaking.
