Tools
Steps
Place 4 cups of flour in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Start kneading slowly, then add 1 and a half tablespoon instant dry yeast and 1 and 1/4 cup of water.

Knead the dough until it becomes firmer, then transfer it to a pastry board, add 2 teaspoons of salt and continue kneading for a few more minutes. The finished dough should be smooth and homogeneous.

Once it’s ready, flour your work surface and roll out the dough, then transfer it to a pizza baking pan previously greased with a drizzle of oil. Your pizza base is ready!

Preheat the oven to 400 F, pour the tomato sauce on the pizza, a drizzle of oil, basil or oregano and mozzarella (or vegan cheese), and bake the pizza for about 15 minutes (adjust according to your oven and season it according to your personal tastes).

Variations
Instant pizza leavening allows you to prepare pizza dough in a short time.
Pizza made with instant yeast offers the same options as traditional italian pizza made with sourdough or brewer’s yeast: grilled vegetables, artichokes, olives; salmon, shrimp, cheeses, cured meats, and so on, if not vegan. You decide what toppings to use on your pizza!
