Add sugar, eggs, oil, and sifted flour to the blended strawberries. Blend again for a few seconds. Lastly, add the baking powder and blend again.

HOW TO BAKE STRAWBERRY CAKE

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold. Then bake in a preheated conventional oven at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes. Always do the toothpick test for doneness 5 minutes before. Take it out of the oven and let it cool in the pan before turning it out onto a wire rack.

COVERING GLAZE

You can serve strawberry cake simply dusted with powdered sugar. But I suggest moistening it with glaze. This makes it even softer and more fragrant. To do this, dilute 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam with a little water. Alternatively, make a syrup. Blend strawberries with powdered sugar. Then strain and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.

HOW TO PRESENT STRAWBERRY CAKE

Once your strawberry cake has cooled, brush the surface. Use diluted strawberry jam or strawberry syrup. Let the cake absorb it. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Your easy, quick, and very soft Strawberry Cake is ready. It’s the best strawberry cake you’ll ever eat!

NOTES AND TIPS

STRAWBERRIES: Use fresh, seasonal strawberries. The choice of strawberries is key. Choose ripe, fragrant strawberries. They should have an intense, uniform red color. Avoid bruised or overly soft strawberries. You can use any type of strawberry you prefer. Just wash them well. You can put them whole into the large blade mixer.

MOLD: I chose a BUNDT CAKE mold. But a loaf pan or a classic round sponge cake pan (22 cm diameter) works well too.

GLAZE: Once baked, brush the Strawberry Cake. Use strawberry jam diluted with a little water. Or make a strawberry syrup. Cook fresh fruit with a little water and powdered sugar for a few minutes. Strain it before putting it on the cake. You can also simply dust this strawberry cake with powdered sugar.

STRAWBERRY BREAD HISTORY AND ORIGINS RECIPE

The origins of strawberry bread are uncertain. But this cake likely originated in Northern Italy. Strawberries have always been widely grown there. Its simple, genuine recipe quickly made it a classic. Both adults and children appreciate it.

STRAWBERRY BREAD VARIATIONS

Chocolate Strawberry Bread: For those with a sweet tooth, add unsweetened cocoa powder. Replace 40 g of flour with cocoa powder. Chocolate pairs perfectly with strawberries. It creates an irresistible flavor contrast.

Strawberry Bread with Amaretti: For a crunchy touch, crumble amaretti cookies into the batter. The amaretti will blend with the strawberry flavor. This creates a unique and refined taste.
