BACON wrapped SAUSAGE BITES
Get ready because this is not an easy recipe but… very easy!
The sausage and bacon skewers are a delicious second course that is certainly appreciated by everyone from the largest to the smallest.
A very easy preparation that is truly irresistible also thanks to the marinating of the meat that will make these skewers very tasty.
Just wrap the sausages, after having flavored them, in slices of bacon, stick them on wooden sticks and you will have ready the skewers to cook in a pan, in the oven or to grill.
They are prepared with few ingredients and for this reason you should choose only the highest quality ingredients.
Aromatic and tasty sausage and tasty and spiced bacon are for you.
If you want you can “skewer” together other ingredients you like: such as potatoes, peppers, courgettes or even cheese.
Accompany the sausage and bacon skewers with grilled vegetables or mixed salad and dinner is ready.
I have prepared a marinade with mustard and tabasco to make them even tastier, but you can also omit or replace with Ketchup.

PREPARATION OF SAUSAGES
Once ready, the sausage and bacon skewers should be eaten immediately otherwise they risk becoming dry.
You can prepare in advance and leave in the marinade for up to 24 hours. They will flavor well and become even tastier.
